Payment card information is processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified service provider, and we do not store full credit card numbers. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to provide you services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically: active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation; billing and transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements; de-identified usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and research purposes; backup copies of data may persist for up to 30 days after deletion; and publicly tracked competitive intelligence data (which does not include your personal information) may be retained indefinitely. Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information under applicable privacy laws including GDPR (European Union), CCPA (California), and other regulations:

Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
