You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to provide you services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically: active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation; billing and transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements; de-identified usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and research purposes; backup copies of data may persist for up to 30 days after deletion; and publicly tracked competitive intelligence data (which does not include your personal information) may be retained indefinitely.
